Common Uses
Thyme is commonly used in the same places as Oregano and complements Oregano’s power. It cleanses, stimulates, and warms. Thyme is still very potent and should be used in extreme dilution. Diffuse in very small amounts or apply topically in max 2% dilution (18 drops of oil to a 30ml bottle of a carrier oil).
