Essential Oils for Breathing
Essential oils are powerful breathing supporters. Find out how you can find clarity using pure essential oils for breathing.
Breathe with Crystal Breath
Crystal Breath is one of our special blends formulated for bringing greater clarity to your life in three important ways.
Clearing the Way
Four of the essential oils in our Crystal Breath blend are included specifically to make breathing a breeze. These are Eucalyptus Dives, Peppermint, Eucalyptus Radiata, and Tea Tree. To relieve that pesky sniffling, take Crystal Breath and rub it on your chest or upper lip. Want an even faster experience, rub it into your hands then cup it around your nose and mouth and breathe deeply 10+ times. Remember to dilute it in a carrier oil and DON’T get it in your eyes!!
Clearing Odors
Also included in Crystal Breath Essential Oil Blend are several powerful cleansers. Lemon, Rosemary, and Tarragon tend to banish bad odors and refresh the air. The best way to clear the air is to fill the room with a few drops of Crystal Breath placed in a diffuser.
Clearing the Mind
Finally, Crystal Breath reduces feelings of stress and can provide increased mental clarity. The oils included in the blend that give you this amazing benefit are Laurel Leaf and Ravensara. To clear your mind, use an oil roller to dilute our Crystal Breath blend and apply it to your temples or the back of your neck during times of high stress.
Crystal Breath Essential Oil Blend is specially designed to offer you a refreshingly clear experience every time you use it.

There are several highly effective ways to use essential oils for breathing. One way is to inhale the oil directly from the bottle. You can also wet a cotton ball or handkerchief with your oil of choice and hold it near your nose (during times of pandemic you can just put a drop or two on your mask). Another great method is steam inhalation. Drop several drops of your chosen oil into a pot of water, bring it to a boil, and inhale the steam. For some, the best oil delivery method is massage. Simply dilute one of the above oils in a carrier oil and rub it on your chest, neck, or back. Another relaxing method is to take an aromatherapy bath. Add about 10 drops of oil to your bathwater as you run it and enjoy a good soak. Finally, diffuse the essential oil in a water vapor diffuser or with diffuser sticks.
